Stepscan Becomes Member of PEI BioAlliance
CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – (October 30, 2017) – Stepscan Technologies Inc. is thrilled to be welcomed as the newest client of Emergence Bioscience Business Incubator (Emergence), and a member of the Prince Edward Island BioAlliance (PEI BioAlliance).
Emergence is a "not-for-profit virtual business incubation program" focused on helping young Canadian bioscience and food sector companies grow.
"Our emphasis is on assisting ventures successfully develop and commercialize innovative products and services for the global market”, says Emergence Director, Martin Yuill. “The Emergence program helps entrepreneurs take the necessary steps toward start-up or scale-up success by offering them the tools, connections, training, education, coaching, mentorship, and professional expertise and services they need to succeed."
The PEI BioAlliance is a dynamic coalition that brings together Bioscience companies centered in Prince Edward Island. They exist to accelerate the growth of PEI’s bioscience sector, connecting and coordinating Cluster companies with research organizations, government funding partners, and private equity sources.
